I got the Dell Inspiron deal last year, worst purchase ever. Was sent back to get fixed 4 times and every time I got it back it still had issues. Never buying a Dell again, horrible customer service with my experience.

I guess YMMV. Mine has some backlight bleed and now some random squeaks but otherwise has been fine. @ $499 for a i5 and 1080p touch laptop I can't complain much until it dies really
