[Microsoft Store] Dell 15.6" inspiron 5000 laptop $549

Microsoft store in Eaton center Toronto has a decent deal on a new Dell inspiron laptop, I don't like used as battery is crap on used refubs.
$549 (regular $999)
Cpu i5 8250u 8th gen
15.6 FHD screen
8gb ram
1tb hd
Model p75f
Intel 620 video UHD
43wh battery,3 cell battery
4.3lbs weight

Let me know what you guys think. The only thing it's missing is a ssd and I prefer a replaceable battery. Deal ends Monday Nov 27

So this is for a display model or what?

The specs are very good, probably the best $/Value so far this year, if new!

I've been keeping an eye on all laptop deals this weekend (for a friend) and they have been very disappointing.

This is pretty warm in my opinion. I'd factor in the cost of an SSD upgrade at some point.

This year BF was generally a joke aside from the OLED drops which were more of a natural occurrence than having to do with BF. Laptop deals were lousy in particular...

Maybe just maybe Boxing Day brings something more decent...
