Had to warranty one of the 13.3" version I got coz battery was only lasting 15 minutes. Shipping to them (California) is from your pocket, shipping back to you is covered. They couldn't fix it so they sent a new motile m141 instead. No touchscreen but better specs (and from research, seems upgradeable). Haven't opened it yet as debating if I want to grab another laptop with touchscreen as my kid likes to draw on it and some school work is easier with touch.
