How easy is to install these to replace the previous plugs? It's it the same standard installation? My previous plugs didn't have those wires.

You need to have a neutral wire (white) to supply always on power for the wifi...

im not sure. I had the the microsoft site up on my phone and it showed OOS. The only thing he said was it had to be a Canadian website. I told him it was the microsoft store and he never hesitated.
