Costco members can sweeten deal with extra 10% off: https://www.costco.ca/xbox-live-%2450-d ... 87566.html (not sure how many GCs can be used for one item however so may not be full 10% off). Thanks solariseclipse!

Seems like a really solid deal. I'm so tempted to grab a pair for my setup. Does anyone have anything to say about the performance of these monitors?

Take a look at the old thread, numerous people had bought it and commented.

This seems to either resemble or surpass my P24h monitor in terms of display quality specs, but if the colour performance is similar I'd say it's mediocre.

Yeah that's probably the reason why HAS is so rare I guess. Cheaper to manufacture 4 holes and have people buy their own mounts than to charge more for a HAS stand.

I recently learned there many 3rd party vesa height adjustable stands available.. so debating that vs monitor arm. I'm using an area where I want to be able to remove items within minutes. but maybe the arm isn't that bad an option.

I'm also telling myself I want 4k.. but this same res on OP's monitor I have on my daily laptop and I scale 200% .. and scale my 26in 1920x1200 by 150% . so maybe just fixed on the 4k for no real reason.. other than idea that even when I scale it'll be clearer?

I bought this screen last week and I find it large enough at 100% scaling.

Are you scaling so you can get things big enough to see?
Considering you are scaling a 26in 1920x1200 by 150%, a 4K at 200% would make the text smaller. 4K at 200% scaling would be closer to 100% scaling on your current 26in screen.

I have a HP 25MX (https://www.amazon.ca/Hewlett-4JF31AA-A ... B07JZ8LZZH) for gaming and work with a laptop beside it. Wondering if I should add this for work spreadsheets etc instead of relying on the laptop as a second screen. And stick with the HP for gaming.

Is this a good companion for my gaming screen? is it ok to have 1 FHD and 1QHD and spring spreadsheets between them? Also what accessories would i need to have multiple outs from my laptop? It only has a mini displayport which i use with my HP monitor for freesync support.

You might notice weird colours with a TN + IPS combination due the viewing angles on TN panels. I personally wouldn't do it for the viewing angle reasons alone.

OP, don't forget to mention the discounts with Cosco Xbox live gift cards when shopping at Microsoft store. $44.99 for $50 Xbox live gift cards.

Max 3 of any gift card can be purchased ($50 is best deal at 10% off) and the rest are at 8% discount.

Also iirc, no ebates but maybe honey rewards is possible.

Thank you, yes it's so I can see better. I do wear glasses lol. But this is what I'm comfortable with. Even at my office I'm scaled quite a bit..
I thought 4k was so it'd be sharper, not sure how it factors into scaling I'd have. I guess it'd be into a custom scaling and windows says that's not recommended lol but clearly possible.

And really it's a want it's not necessary, but if it's much nicer I'd do it.
