Are you referring to the GPU (the graphics chip), or the laptop manufacturers?

Short answer: They raise the prices, people still paying / buying --> still profitable.

Seems like a bit of a high expectation since thst really only leaves like 3 nvidia gpu options that are all still really expensive? Eventually budget laptops will have 2070s but when a 2070 costs like $600 a $1000 laptop isjt gonna have one in it. Some people (many people actually) are content with lower tier gpus, not everyone needs overkill

I have a few years older Razer Blade with a 7th gen i7, and a GTX 1060. With a 1080p panel, it is more than capable enough to run everything perfectly fine. A GTX 1060 is enough for a good gaming laptop, so a 2070 is far above a “satisfactory” gaming laptop, especially at 1080p
