[Microsoft Store] Samsung Galaxy S20 $820, S20+ $1080

Called Microsoft and they have no idea what's going on with my order so they're passing it off to the fulfillment team to figure out why it hasn't been processed yet. I should get a call back in 2-3 business days...

They said its a well known issue.

I ordered the grey model. Going to be pissed if they tell me they don't have any more stock since I ordered it basically an hour after this thread went up.

Very Happy with the S20 Hardware, software is OKAY..
I do miss the stock android experience, but I guess I have no choice but to get used to it... until google comes out with a decent phone

the holiday/extended return policy kicked in last month:
"from October 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020; purchases can be returned through January 31, 2021"
that's a very generous return period, especially since samsung only give a 15 day return policy on their phones.

I ordered a grey one as soon as I saw this thread, and got it yesterday. Hope you are able to get yours

Yeah me too, I love the pixel experience and was planning on getting the pixel 5 on black friday sale, but google decided not to discount their phones this year. This works out to be cheaper with the RBC credit and rakuten too.

I wonder if they care how much you use the phone during that time? If they don't then that's one hell of a trial period to decide if you want to keep it.

I saw this deal & contacted MS thru chat.
I ask about the S20+ model and it was not the Canada version, SM-G986W.
SM-G986W has different 5G bands & has the Snapdragon 865.
I think the chat said it was SM-G986B.

Before purchasing, research your carrier & the 5G spectrum they use.
See if the one you are purchasing, supports the same 5G spectrum.

Not sure about S20.

Same thing happened to me, I was also pretty early. Very frustrating if we don't get our phones. I've already ordered two cases for it.

I called Microsoft today. It wasn't a problem with payment as the authorization did go through successfully. They said they would escalated it and that I should get a response in 2-3 business days. I'm in the same boat...I also ordered 2 cases already Confused Face

Got my s10 plus yesterday. Funny when I ran the model on Google it showed as "wind mobile" . Put my sim card and erased everything. Phones pretty decent and sound is particularly
impressive coming from s9.

Did you receive the product? i ordered phone 10 days back, still its showing status as Pending. Hold which they have placed on my credit card was released now. Not sure whether they will deliver the product:(

After multiple calls, I received an email saying "We have escalated your case about the Samsung Galaxy to our higher department, we will be providing an update once we receive them, normally it will take 2-3 business days to receive a response and we will notify you as soon as we have any new information. ". Hoping to get positive response from them. All deals are gone now:(

Mine hasn't shipped yet either and at this point I just want to cancel. I'm sure they'll tell me I have to wait for them to send it to me and then send it back to them.
