Clearance Items
Clearance items are excluded from both our standard and 2-day shipping policies and are considered ‘final sale’ unless found to be defective.
MCS warrants clearance items only against defects, and only for a period of 90-days.
Should a clearance item be found to be defective within 15 days, MCS will cover 2-way shipping for repair/replacement. Should an item be found to be defective after 15 days, but within 90 days, the customer is responsible for the shipment back to MCS.
Depending on availability of another clearance item in the same condition, we may repair or replace the item. A return for refund will only be an option if repair or replacement is not available.
Clearance items are subject to the remaining manufacturer's warranty, if any. If you have any questions about the warranty status of a clearance item, please contact our support team.
Clearance items can not be shipped to the following regions: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon.
Clearance items are typically processed and shipped within three business days of payment and address verification. Courier selection and rush shipment are not available for these shipments.
