Amazing price and that is one of the better models, with good/quiet cooling.

prob better if you wait for next gen graphic cards that are coming out in 1-3 months.
all next gen console games will have ray tracing which means you will want ray tracing for the games they port to pc

good luck with that since you cannot find the 1080ti at that double that price.

Unless your current video card is dead, I'd just wait a couple months for the next gen cards to come out.

According to leaks they'll have cards that perform as good as the 2080ti for around 400 USD. From both team red and green.

Prices gonna drop so much when new stuff comes out. Check out Moore's Law Is Broken on YouTube.

haha and katcorgi says not to listen to moores law.
i will beleive that price when i see it. we will get the big navi and the 3070 to 3090 before we see the prices of lower end cards next year which is still a long way to go if you really need a card now. the lower end card can still get graphics up to 1080p to 2k.

If that's true then this is the "wait for next gen" that I have been waiting for since the GTX 980.

It usually goes like this:
"Wait for next gen, its a couple months away.".

Next gen comes out, prices are still high.

"Only reference cards/ blower designs right now, wait for 3rd party"

Third party comes out, prices for last gen and current gen are still high

"Super/ Ti models coming out soon, wait till then"

Waits till then, everything is still expensive

This! If you wait for everyone to say "wait for this" you'll never buy one. I'm probably going to buy the next deal after the new cards are out just because it "sounds" like this jump may be big enough to make newer video cards invalid already.
