Mini Cooper 3 door Rear Window Open?

I want to get a Mini Cooper 3 door, either the regular or the convertible, but I need the rear window to roll down since I have a small dog that likes to stick her head out the window. Anyone know if the back window rolls down? The dealership near me doesn't have any convertibles and I hate going in until I'm ready to buy.

I tried to find as many YouTube videos as I can but none showed if it can or not and I couldn't find an answer on th mini site and didn't want to make a new account just to ask.

Thanks guys

No, it doesn’t roll down.

On the 3-door hardtop the rear side windows are fixed and do not roll down

On the 3-door convertible the rear side windows can roll down but they do not have independent buttons.
There are 3 window buttons buttons
  • drivers door window
  • passenger door window
  • All side windows

For the all side windows button, watch 9 seconds to 22 secs of the video linked below. It rolls all the windows down. So if you need a rear side window down for your dog then all the windows have to be fully open.
From factory your remote wont roll the windows down like this video but you can see how the "all side windows" button will work using the button on the driver's door.

What your dog's favourite colour? You worry about windows but he won't even get in if the color is wrong. Oh, he hates leather seats, to cold, so cloth option only. Grinning Face With Smiling Eyes.First world problems, in rest of the world dogs usually chase after the cars.
