MIssing Dividend Payment from Manulife - Update (Found)

I own some Manulife shares with Payment date of June 19. Record date was May 19. I own the stocks since March.

How do they pay the dividends? Do they send a cheque? Put into account?

Update: Found in Transaction History.

Canada, Eh!!
Should be paid to brokerage account.

Do have MFC but after May 19 so wait for some LT MFC owners to provide feedback.
.......
July 13, 2017 to October 25, 2018: BOC raised rates 5 times and MCAP raised its prime rate next day each time.

2020: BOC dropped rates 3 times and MCAP waited and waited to drop its prime rate to include all 3 drops.

I received my dividend payment on June 19th. I would check with your brokerage to see if they can provide you with any insight or clarification on how it should be stated on your account.

Got MFC divvy on June 19, I use Questrade. Best to contact your broker and find out what's up.

Manulife dividend on June 19th and Suncor dividend on June 25, check your account properly, make sure you owned the Manulife stock on time, etc and then call your broker.

Thanks for the responses.

I am with BMO Investorline.

I have some Sun Life shares from many years ago, and they send a cheque four times a year. Since then I never have bought stock that comes with dividends, so I thought they send dividend cheques through the mail.

So finally found the dividend payment in transaction history, dated June 19.
Have a nice day!

I had the same problem with cibc recently. one of my biggest divs was delayed by 2+ weeks. they couldn't give me a reason but it eventually showed up.
