Missing Interac Transfer
I sent an Interac Transfer to myself from my EQ account. Towards the end of the transfer, it says, I have been logged out.
So I thought the transfer failed, but when I looked at my account, the funds I sent was already taken out. I viewed pending transfer and history, but nothing. I did not receive the email of the transfer.
EQ is investigating now and they say I will contact them if the funds is not in my account after 2 days.
Has anyone experienced this before not just with EQ, but with other banks as well?
