Can anyone confirm that the Blue Jays still have no blackouts on MLB.TV even if you live in Toronto?
What if there were no hypothetical questions?

Can you get it down further with the referral program? I think on Father's Day last year I paid around $40 (there was a big thread on RFD).

I keep getting the following message when I follow link:

"Our records indicate that you are not eligible for this promotion. To purchase MLB.TV, please visit www.mlb.tv."

Is there a way to get around this? Seems like a no-brainer at this price.

how do i become eligible. I did not download the app yet this season.

Just downloaded now and login. Would i become eligible if I try to stream a game of the day?

EDIT: just doing the above worked.

Thanks OP. I'd been on the fence about subscribing again this year, but this price is low enough to pull the trigger and cancel Sportsnet.
Rock it.

As far as I know that's how it works. The sale ends on may 15 so you would have to do it by then

Good deal! Somehow I didn't get the email but it still works for me. I spend $5 more than last year, but get to use it 2 months longer. Now, it's time to start winning Blue Jays!

But with the way the jays are playing so far, the bandwagon fans like myself are having second thoughts about investing.

I'll give them until father's day.
