mobile plan change

I currently have Koodo package "Tab Large $59 3GB UL min SFD $59.00" per month and have 100 dollars left on tab.

I want to pay off the tab balance now and move to a cheaper alternate with BYOD package.

Which one would you people recommend considering I live in Ontario and I am looking for unlimited text/calls canada wide and more than 3GB of data per month?

I'm a bit out of the loop, but I don't think you'll find an in-market plan in Ontario giving you more than 3GB of data and nationwide calling for less than $59 a month. Maybe if you're willing to jump through some hoops to get a Quebec Koodo plan.

Call loyalty for $55 4GB retention offer? Pay less and get one more GB per month. If you have the $100 available to pay off the tab, you rather leave it in a savings account and accumulate some interest. With the plan you have, wait until March and take a flagship on an upgrade with Koodo. You can probably haggle with loyalty to get out of that $100 remaining device balance on an upgrade. Grab a flagship with a decent discount and either "switch" to the new phone and keep the old phone as backup or sell it, or sell the new phone :)

Thankyou .. can you explain what is loyalty here? is this a mobile service provider?

It's the 2nd tier reps you talk to when you threaten to cancel.
