yeah he said points you received from TMS won't be higher on boxing day. Plan wise, Im not sure. Maybe some carries could have better plans than now in boxing daysilversnake71 wrote: ↑ OP, based on your conversation with the manager, is it safe to assume the points won’t be higher on Boxing Day?
Also, the price on Freedom’s iPhone 12 is different from Freedom’s website. They have iPhone 12 for $20 per month (regular, not with TradeUp), but on a $40 plan. While the price of the phone is higher than what is advertised at TMS, the all in price when factoring points is still enticing if you are okay with Freedom’s network.

I checked the previous thread for BF and the deal appears to be almost the same. I only spotted a few differences:
1) iPhone 12 mini 128gb went up from $17.92 to $18
2) PC Bonus point up from 200k to 250k
3) Phone trade-in down from 100k to 50k
4) To get the 15 months $10 credit you need to get the $55/15gb plan instead of previous $50/10gb
So basically you pay $5 more per month for extra 5gb. Seems like a good deal to me unless I am missing something.

hmm will you keep the phone or cancel the entire thing and return the device too?
From what I know, if you give everything back, its 15 days and 100mb data. then 0 charge. Just an impact to your credit.
If you'll keep the phone, you'll probably be charged for the month plan, maybe a charge to break the contract and then the activation fee.

I was using this: mobile-shop-fido-rogers-iphone-12-mini- ... s-2503736/
It was 200k PC points + 100k trade in. I am very sure that Bestbuy wasn't giving $100 more than the competitors. I don't even see old threads about it but this really small thread saying $450gc.

This Bestbuy Koodo deal is $200gc, and I think it was that for all the other carriers: best-buy-iphone-12-128gb-koodo-new-rene ... t-2504442/
It mentions the Fido deal as having $180 upfront, so that's offsetting the GC cost.
The deal I got on Black Friday for an iPhone 12 mini was Fido $0 down $17.92/mo (128gb), 200k + 100k trade in PC points, Fido $50 plan with $40 for 15 months. Then add in the Fido $120 accessories.

That bb deal that you linked is what I got. Tms has the same offer too. I initially got the $200+$100+$30 deal during bf week, then I went back on bf and got the new deal, search my posts.Whoaness wrote: ↑ I was using this: mobile-shop-fido-rogers-iphone-12-mini- ... s-2503736/

tell me you work for TMS without telling me you work for TMS.
FYI: you don't need to buy their accessories. It's full $100 pts. The sales rep just lied.

Which location did you go? Can all TMS locations apply the PC points to the tab? And I am assuming you got 300K points plus 100K for a trade-in right?
