I can reply to it (for Rogido) use iphone 6 and then use 6s, you would understand the difference. I know people still uses iphone 6 but 6s is Apple's last in line (along with 5SE) which is still smooth to use with today's app and speed (6S has way better processor, ram, cam). Infact I do not like iphone 7, I think iphone 8 is worth upgrading directly from 6s there was no use of producing i7 but may Apple and Samsung were so much in competition that they were releasing back2back versions to beat each other.

BTW I am a hardcore Android guy (use S9) and big fan of Samsung S and Google pixel series but I still repect Apple not just bcoz they make amazing phones but also bcoz there should be competition in market for the benefit of consumer else Android will be monopoly.
So how do I know about iphone!!! well my wife will never disown her iphone and she is coming from 4, 5 6 and now 6S..waiting for 8's price to drop to small tab to upgrade but is happy with her 6S. Her only complaint to Apple, add a SD card slot or provide 100GB free cloud storage like everyone else.
Well, never owned an Android phone so I cannot speak to that. I switched from Blackberry to iPhone many years ago. I have owned one version of 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10. The only one I regret buying was this one, could be bad luck. I had to visit Apple store many times and the biggest issue was the battery life. They denied that anything was wrong, until they admitted and changed the battery for me. Even then, it didn’t get much better.
With iPhone, you pay more and get fewer features, but I have chosen iPhone so far for more security and privacy.

Looks like minimum small tab plan with data is $55 in Ontario. Can you cancel after you sign up without losing the PC points?
They are not allowed to clawback activation incentives legally.

Sounds like you had a lemon, unfortunate, but it does happen.

anyone heard of iphone xr deals?
Best deal was the XR 64 GB at Wow Mobile last week with $440 upfront + $240 small tab + $35 acvtivation fee - $50 trade +taxes. There are no deals for the XR at the moment. $665 before tax vs $1029 before tax from Apple.ca.

Did you trade-in an old phone for extra 50k points?
Is the TMS Mobilist(TMS rep) told you why you get $50 in phone accessory?
I like to confirm whether there is an 100K bonus points for this long weekend.
Please check your TMS invoice. If my guess is correct, you should have 2 line items:
Earn 150,000pts
Earn 100,000pts

The 150,000pts is the base points for iPhone 6s according to the TMS website
The 100,000pts must be a bonus points for this long weekend.
I did not trade in an old phone. He said it was a current promo that I got the $50 towards a case, so not sure if it’s Courtenay, BC, Mobile shop specific or not.

The rest of your question I won’t be able to answer until tonight. I’m away from my house, so no ability to see my mobile shop contract.

not to be rude but this phone is garbage, its like 5 years old, u can get a 200$ or less moto from amazon thats better than this crap
said person who never used an iphone (since it thinks there were iphone 7/8/9/x/x2 deriving conclusion this is 5 year device).

for anyone interested: i have iphone 6s since it came out. it did not noticeably slow down each year as other iphones used to.
hw might be a bit behind (just a fact), but user experience as a consequence of that older hardware is great....probably similar to any other newer iphone.

$0 down, small tab + $35 connection fee = $275

bonus 125k pts
Total 275k pts without trade-in, without referral

Add: trade-in 50k pts
Add: 5x $10 referral credit, OR 5x $20 referral credit for self-referral
Have too many phones... This is how I limit my monthly phone payment.

270,000 gives you $270 in PC cash. Small tab $240 plus tax $268.80 in BC. $1.20 in profit for getting a phone plus you can spend the $270 on whatever immediately and pay the $268.80 over 2 years. Sounds like s great deal to me. Oops forgot the $35 connection fee....
Koodo $35 5 Gig deal (x2)
