chatr Merge

Mobilicity has released details for the chatr merge.

Site to perform the switch: https://mychatrmove.info-mobilicity.ca/secure/plans
Mobilicity merge FAQs: http://mobilicity.ca/support/chatrmoveFAQ/

You'll get a $10 bonus chatr credit (within 30 days of switching) once you complete the move.
Also, keep in mind that chatr has auto-pay. Every month, you will get $10 in credits when you're on auto-pay for up to 8 months ($80 in total credits). More details at: http://chatrwireless.com/web/content/autopay

The prices available depend on your current plan. These are the plans available if you're on the $20/mo Unlimited Starter plan

If you are on the $15 Unlimited Talk & Text plan, the prices are $15/mo and $25/mo, respectively. Information thanks to i97ww4.

I thought chatr got rid of zones? Are they doing zones for Mobilicity customers only?

chatr still has zones. Local, province, and Canada-wide.
At least their zones are larger than Mobilicity zones.

Also, keep in mind that chatr has auto-pay, and you can get $80 in credits (you can't pay your monthly bill with them, however).

^What do you mean by that?

Thanks for the heads up. I am on the $30 UL everything currently with Mobilicity. The $30 of chatr would work well.

How good's reception? Also so it's 3mbps, anyone know how that compares to Wind and would I be able to watch videos at like 360p?

Edit: Took 10 seconds and saw their reception seems great.

I might switch from Wind to this, price is wicked and if the connection is better..damn.

Network Indicator
Note that as of September 20, 2016 your network indicator will no longer change as you move in or out of zones

Does that mean we will be charging roaming without knowing?
