Monitor DL Speed?

Hi

I just bought a hp stream mini to replace my pivos box for xmbc. One android app that I liked very much was "network monitor mini". It would put an overlay of dl speeds anywhere on the screen that could be seen in xmbc. Does anyone know of something like this for windows or do xmbc have something built in?
