Monitor prices during the pandemic?

I was reading recently how there's been a surge in demand for laptops. Has this affected PC (Windows) sales including monitors? We're looking to replace our aging 21 inch Dell monitor especially now since the white color despite monitor calibration is yellowish. Ideally, it would be nice if we can find a nice touch screen monitor but that's probably pushing it if we want to use it or an older PC. Any recommendations?

I'd imagine that monitors are also surging. I have a few friends who now work from home, they all got assigned laptops and monitors. They even got a "wellness budget" of $2000+ to purchase multiple monitors, chairs, desks, internet upgrades, etc.

Because of COVID-19, every student is at home doing online school and play more games. Many people are working from homes. Everything relates to electronics/computers are spiking. From desktops, monitors, keyboards/mice, routers, USB drives, hard drives, SSD, laptops are in demands. Even game consoles, TVs, internet are in demands also. However some of these are on sale more often and more choices.

Best to decide on budget and needs for usage. Good luck.
