[Montana's] Montana's AYCE Ribfest is back

Ribfest is back at Montana's Cookhouse restaurants! But only until August 12, 2019, though the AYCE rib special is normally available on Wednesdays year around. The AYCE offer is only on pork ribs, not beef ribs. Pricing may vary, but it appears the average price is $27.95 ($2.00 more than a full rack of pork ribs). The price includes cornbread, beans or coleslaw and a side, but not beverages. A half dozen sauce or rub options are available, and can be mixed on rib refills. SCENE card holders should check to make sure they have all bonus offers loaded, as there are currently offers available for 15 times the normal SCENE points at Montana's, and in some areas, reportedly a 25 times bonus offer is available.

seems pretty expensive
Not sure about that. A 1/2 rack w/fries on special here in Toronto at Artful Dodger is $9.95 AND requires drink purchase. Added to that it is only available on Wednesdays.

I guess the slightly better deal is Thursdays at The Pint in Toronto. $22.95 for AYCE. Not sure if drink purchase required.

What are other cheap places in downtown Toronto for ribs?

For people in Vaughan, Hank Daddy's BBQ is $35.99 AYCE for all their BBQ items Thursday - Saturday, After 5pm

Well, if you can eat a lot of ribs in one sitting, the it's a pretty damn good deal.

I remember when I was younger, my aunt took me and my cousin (both of us at the end of our teenage growth sprout) to a Montana for all you can eat ribs, and we polished refills after refills after refills for a good evening sitting(at least 2 1/2 hrs).

Most of them don’t offer ribs unless it’s dinner and dinner is at least $30

Ribs is always included lunch or dinner. Difference is its short ribs but theres other things to order from the menu so its a better deal.

All you really need to finish is a rack and a half to get your moneys worth given the regular price.

I had this a few years ago and I was provided the absolute worst experience ever that I never stepped in a Montana’s since. The ribs came, perfectly burnt to a crisp. I complained and they took the ribs back. 20mins later I was given a new rack that was also burnt to a crisp. Literally, every bone was charred to the point it was inedible!!! Never again! I hate that place!

Yea, Montana's is one of the worst chain restaurants. Worse than Kelsey's. Jack Astors for me.

How long is the wait time once you finished your first rack? If its just between 10-15 mins i guess that's worth to try.
