Montreal to Vancouver $345 roundtrip (Jan to Apr)

It seems to work for pretty much any date from January 7 to April 21. Some flights are direct, some are with one or more stops. A colleague told me she saw this on a travel deal site, not sure which one. Airlines are Westjet, Air Canada and Air Transat, depending on the date.
