Mortgage Brokers
Thinking of putting a home equity line of credit on my fully paid mortgage free house in order to invest 65% of my house's bank appraised value in dividend paying stocks. Is it worthwhile to use a broker or should I just go with Tangerine's 2.35%
Also, do I pay the mortgage broker directly, how does that work?
I have excellent credit and big net worth so I'm not concerned about qualifying or being approved for anything.
