Mortgage Pre-approval winthin 24-48hrs

Hello RFDs,

Reaching out and hoping some of you may be able to refer me to someone that is capable of delivering a mortgage pre-approval within 24hrs?

Thanks in advance.

reaching out to your bank would be quick rather providing all the information again to someone else.... and it is a wrong thread.

Just as an aside, be careful about telling a lender you need it within 24hrs. If they can do it, they will certainly not give you the best rate (they know you are desperate). A mortgage is a big transaction and commitment, so it may be better to try to figure-out a way to get yourself more time?

But yes, wrong thread.

Try the mortgage rate thread. Wrong place to post and frankly you should have thought this through a long time ago. If you can even get the approval during one of the most vacationed weeks, it’s going to cost you $1000s in a higher rate as others have said.

Yes it is possible but pre-approval means nothing most of the time .. this is coming from a Broker

I'd say reconsider your timeline, if you have to ask here and do everything wrong means there's likely other stuff you forgot to do

Try Scotia eHOME - it's automated.

As others have said pre-approvals aren't worth the paper they're printed on normally.

Sent you a PM with a broker I used recently. He was fast but give him a call and explain what you need maybe.

Find a broker you want to work with. But as mentioned above, a “pre-approval” is pretty meaningless. You shouldn’t take a finance condition off based on that, if that’s what you’re thinking.

Everyone is so busy these days. I'm turning away deals, so if someone is willing to work, better send all your docs asap.

I also hope you didn't just put in an offer.

Pre Approvals arent worth the paper they are written on. i dont see why this would be hard to get. talk to a bank they will get you a pre approval on the spot - again its not worth anything.
