I remember once I got it for like $17.99, but that was a couple years ago.

This is still a great price and I'll be buying a few bottles. Thanks OP.

It was $19.99 a couple of weeks before Christmas 2014, and CT had a $5 (minimum) scratch-and-save card on that Saturday.

Where's the scratch card from? I just took out my local newspapers without looking in there, but I'll go out and check for a flyer if that's where they're from.

Actually, cashiers rarely have these scratch and save cards, and they very rarely give them to customers.
Think of the main reason CT includes this scratch and save card with the home-delivered CT flyer: they want you to come to their store on that Saturday, and they are willing to give you $5 off if you show up in their store.
Once your are in their store, they got you: there is little additional incentive for them to give you a scratch and save card at that point. For example, the stack of flyers at the entrance of the store never has such cards included.

Although, if you complain that you did not get the home-delivered flyer, or that the flyer-boy stole all the scratch cards in the neighbourhood, the customer service desk might give you a scratch and save card. My experience is that they will most often say: such scratch and save cards are only included with the home-delivered flyer, we do not get them at the store, end of story.

Got a couple of bottles to use the $5 coupon. I have enough of these to last several years worth of oil change.

No 0W20 on the drop-down list unfortunately... possibly different in store?
