Looks like another ebay scam-and-run scheme. I haven't seen these in a long time, but after seeing this and the chromecast thread, I guess it is back.

What they do is:

1. Get some rep (in a legit way). This guy has under 300, not nearly enough. The only time I've been scammed in my life online is from a guy with over 100,000 rep. He either had a hijacked account or somehow decided to go crazy.
2. List A LOT of cheap fake popular items.
3. Sell as much stuff as they can in the 40 days or whatever they have
4. Take all the money and peace it.

The one time i was scammed was for a $10 mp3 player. I think this was atleast 6 years ago or so cause back then it was a ridiculous deal. Ebay just automatically refunded me and told me the sell was under investigation for mass-scamming.

Waste of time. 100% scam. The seller lifted description and photos from here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/281441567727
Never even bothered to remove the original seller's watermark lol

This is probably a simple hacked eBay/PP account cash-in, or rouge seller. You will get nothing in this case. On small electronics scams (e.g. ebay-chromecast-14-64-a-1756011/3) you may get a worthless item in a tracked envelope, so the seller can claim delivery and avoid some (but not all) disputes.

For this though, it is 1000% cheaper, and 1000% a scam so should be easy to get refunded via PayPal 45 days from now lol ;)
