Movers in Downtown Toronto?

Any suggestion for a reasonably priced mover for a small residential moving within the neighborhood. Someone who is patient and careful as well. Unfortunately, I don't drive, so would have to get a mover.

First move for me, so usually how much such move cost? A range if could know, so that could discard the stuff, I don't need.

Location: Near Yonge and Bloor in Downtown

Moving within: 800 meters for residential. Both rooms (moving out and moving-in) are in the 2nd floor (one has elevator, another doesn't have)

Stuff that I have: 1 queen size mattress and box, one semi-foldable study table, one 30kg wooden bookshelf (when empty), 3-4 pieces of luggage, and 6-7 boxes that have household stuff. Most of the stuff could be picked by 2 people (on top of it, I can always assist)

Date of moving: first week of December (doesn't have be a month end or the first 1-2 days of the new month, assuming movers might be more busy during this time)
