Sorry if this is a stupid newbie question.. but, is there a free screener out there that will allow me to put in any number for a moving average?

MVA is based on individual stocks so unless you track a portfolio I don't think it can can be a screen. Breaking 52 week low would be more of an item from what I have seen in most screens.
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence that you even tried.

Yeah sorry. I meant like a screener where I could enter in say 70 for example, and see results of all stocks at their past 70 day MA. Probably doesn't exist.

There is a paid screen for that: portfolio123.com. Not aware of a free one. But they do have a 15-day trial, so try it out and see if it's worth the investment.
