Moving to Ottawa - Help with Schools!

Hello Everyone!
I am planning on moving to Ottawa, not sure if I would do it this summer of 2020 or next year 2021. I am living in Toronto as a single mom with my 12-year-old twins. They are in 7th grade -Middle School. I am looking for a family-oriented neighbourhood with a good High School. Could anyone help me with some recommendations? I am also going to study the "Dental Assistant" program.
The most important thing form me are my kids, that is the reason why I am looking for a good High-School in a family-oriented neighbourhood.
I would appreciate all your comments and suggestions!
Thank you!!!

Assuming you’ll be going to Algonquin College (no idea if that is a good assumption), Mother Theresa High School and Lonfields-Davidson Heights are the Catholic and Public schools on the transitway in a good neighbourhood near by. My twins are going into grade 7 at Mother Theresa.

Check out Kanata North.
From Elementary to High School, many top rated schools.

For elementary schools its pretty much the most expensive neighbourhoods have the top ranked schools. Rockcliffe, Glebe, Olda Ottawa South, Westboro, Kanata and some other nice pockets of different suburbs. For high schools in Ottawa the catchment areas are large so its more mixed. So Last I looked Col By was the very top ranked but there are cheaper pockets with very affordable homes. Even Lisgar downtwon usually in top 5 has some cheaper areas though downtown cheap areas have other draw backs usually.

Fraser School Rankings have their flaws but give a good overview.
