[Multiple Retailers] $100 off select dyson vacuums

Deal Link:
Dyson is having a $100 select vacuum sale. Dyson controls the price so it is the same at every retailer that carries Dyson products.

Big Ball Multifloor Canister Vacuum $399.99 (Was $499.99)
Ball Multifloor 2 Upright Vacuum $399.99 (Was $499.99)
Dyson Light Ball Multi Floor $379.99 (Was $479.99)
V6 Cord-free Stick Vacuum $299.99 (Was $399.99)

I picked up a V6 for $299 at bestbuy because they add in an accessory kit (Valued at about $100) for free. ebates also gives 1% cashback on vacuums.

Edit: ebates currently has 15% cashback at dyson.com

I bought the V6 first... and Roomba after. I haven't had to use the V6 since I bought the Roomba. Having that said, I am thinking using the V6 for cleaning car.

It's at all retailers that carry dyson, I tried to mention that in my original post but it may have come off vague. "Dyson is having a $100 select vacuum sale. Dyson controls the price so it is the same at every location."

It goes until August 31st, so bestbuy may or may not have the best deal on the V6 by then.

Good deal on the V6. While the refurb was on sale for $199.99 some time back, it's now $239.99 on Dyson's' site, so only $60 less than this. I'd say accessory kit + guaranteed brand new condition (considering the condition some refurbs came in) is definitely worth the $60.

I see costco has this for $299. In the description it says: "Combination and crevice tools for cleaning around the home and in the car". Anyone know if this Is this the same as Bestbuy's free cordless toolkit that they are including?

Thanks,
Croyd

This $100 off sale always happens. Not a big deal imo (as an owner of 3 Dyson machines). Key is finding that store that's willing to "bend over" and give you more than $100 off OR use some of your points to get more $ off one (i.e. use CT money). I work for one of Canada's largest retailers and Dyson happens to be one of your vendors and yes, they're very stingy with discounts. We do get an occasional company only deal but it's very select it's not much of an RFD "discount"

A family member has the V8 and it's a nice little machine. Just don't expect it to replace a Dyson Ball.

The costco.com site is better at showing "what's in the box".

It is not the same as the BB pack.

I also have the V8 and a Dyson Ball. I found that I started to use the Dyson Ball less and less after i bought a V8. It's just way to heavy to be lugging it around everywhere, especially if you have a house. The only problem with the V8 is that it seems to not pick up hard little pieces very well (like beans).

Any opinions on the Dyson Big Ball Multi Floor vs the DC37 Origin? Right now both are $399, and look pretty similar to me. My house is mostly hardwood, with a couple of rugs and a carpet runner on the stairs.
