My garage door opener stopped working

Hi guys,
I couldn't find any clue from google, so here is my question,

I've been using 2 of Genie Directlift (2060/3060) for now 11 years, no problem.
And yesterday, lifting wires came off from one of door and i put them back.
Also I did some balancing with both doors as one of door wouldn't stop in the middle.

After I checked everything, put back and press the button, no movement.Neutral Face
I released using emergency knob, opened the door.
Engaged again and nothing.
I don't even here anything spinning or moving.

Actually this happened several times in the past, and this method (release the emergency cord, open by hand) worked so far, not any more.
Even I unplugged power cord and tried several times, nothing.

what would be root cause of the problem, capacitor, board or motor?
The light bulb inside the opener works OK, not a power issue.
I've tried from another remote I have from a car, external remote, not working.
But another opener works no problem, either from the indoor switch, remote or car.

what do you think guys?
Thanks,

Did you try reprogramming your remote that stopped working?

No. But the door even won't open from a wired controller and again I can turn on the bulb inside the opener. I assume nothing to do with programming.

Thanks,
Chances are your capacitor needs to be replaced.
