Name display missing
My wife is on zoomer, has been for 3 years, and always had name display and caller id (phone number) working, but about 2 weeks ago, name display stopped working for every name in her contacts list
When I call my wife using my cell, my phone number displays but not my name.
My contact name is in her contacts list,
Her phone is xperia X performance running android 8.
And I checked that her phone setting is enabled for caller id.
I also disabled and re-enabled the phone caller id, and performed a power on reset, still did not work,
I called Zoomer wireless and had them do a reset for her phone, still did not work,
any ideas to resolve this problem would be appreciated
