which national/provincial park in Georgian Bay area ?

I have never been in any park in Georgian bay area and intend to take my family to go there for weekend next week, will leave friday and coming back sunday. I love to go up to tobermory for flower pot island but the driving is to far for a single driver.
Is there any beautiful park within 4-5 hour driving or less from Toronto that you recommend for visit for camping or airbnb which has great nature landscape?

Algonquin is farther away but almost half of the drive is 100 km/h highway.

Tobermory you’re stuck on 2-lane roads. Took me about 3 1/2 hours last time I went there.

Lots of great parks around Georgian Bay within your preferred driving distance. Some examples are:

Awanda has a nice beach, and only 2.5 hours away from Toronto.
Wasaga Beach is very popular, 2.5 hours away.
Georgian Bay Islands has awesome hiking trails, but require a boat ride to reach, 2.5 hours away.
Sauble Falls is nice and small, 3.5 hours away.
Killbear has nice geological features, 3.5 hours away.
Killarney is more for overnight camping, 4.5 hours away.

Every National & Provincial Park offers a different perspective (ie Geography, Flora & Fauna etc)
As well as stuff to do

I suggest you read up, and then find a park that suits your interests

Ontario Provincial Parks = https://www.ontarioparks.com/en
Parks Canada = https://www.pc.gc.ca/en/index

FYI Weekend Camping is EXTREMELY Popular... if you don’t have a Reservation, you might find the pickings slim to none
Most dedicated campers book their summer weeks / weekends MONTHS IN ADVANCE
So indeed you may be looking for other accommodations in the area, and just in the Park for a Day Pass
