Natural Sounds or Gentle Alarm Clock

Hi RFD,

I am looking for an inexpensive gentle or natural sounds (e.g. birds chirping) alarm clock. Does anyone know of any products out there?

My internet search only yields the Philips wake up light alarm. I don't want the light though. I want something simple and not complicated because it is used by the elderly.

Why not use your phone and download some sounds for the alarm.

I plan to buy the alarm for the elderly. It is difficult to teach them to use an app.

Actually, a smart clock may do it too as I can download any ringtone.

What You Get? --- 1x Digital Alarm Clock; 1x Mirco USB Cable; 1x User Manual【AC powered; Power Adapter Needed But NOT Included】. (The built-in coin battery is only for time setting memory instead of direct power supply).

Weird.

It's just a micro USB adapter so I guess they figure everyone has a ton of them laying around from phones that have long since died and things like that. Kind of like how they stopped giving you a USB printer cable with every new printer.

Personally, I think that the Philips Wake Up Light / Alarm is awesome
Very natural way to wake up

Lol... gentle natural sounds, you say

Tell Gramma to open her windows to hear the early morning song of the birds
With the Summer Solstice this week, the chirping begins here about 3:30 AM

Most of the Summer though it’s between a more reasonable 4 and 5 AM

Get a cat. My cat wakes me up every morning at 730am
