This is not a HOT deal, but i think a pretty good price for portable media. I bought the WD 2TB My passport at this price a few months ago and I'm not sure what the difference is between the two models, both are usb 3.0.

passport has 3 years warranty,
2tb Passport goes for $109.99 very often.
