If you don't care about aluminium housing then the ADATA UV128 is also a great USB. I bought it at NCIX for $12.99 and it has went up a 50 cents but is still a great deal.

Here is the link to buy the USB at NCIX: http://www.ncix.com/detail/adata-auv128 ... 6-1248.htm

And here is my USB benchmark of the ADATA UV128 in case you are wondering. I actually got sequential read to around 115 Mbps in CrystalDiskMark. But here is my benchmark from UserBenchmark

How fast (write) on USB 2.0?

Can you post a CrystalDiskMark result (on USB 2.0)?

How is the Adata brand for reliability? Never bought this brand before. The price is really compelling.

I have this too. Only con is aluminum housing makes very shock prone. I had to get mine replaced under warranty after it stopped working from table height drop.

Thanks OP.

I have to admit, I felt a little cheap PM'ing to save just over a dollar but I channeled my inner George Costanza and did it. PM was approved.

Highly recommended.
I got one a month ago.
It writes at around 50-60MB per second for me on large files.

This USB survived a cycle in the washing machine. It's definitely a beast.

Exactly what I needed....but.... not the best deal though considering it was going for just over $20 about 2 years ago - check here

Is this not the same one?

Adata USB drives are reliable in my experience, can't say the same about their SD cards though.

Thank you for testing but how fast is it on USB 2 (TWO)?
Many of us don't have USB 3, only USB 2.

It's simply going to max out USB2, which is 25 Mb/s

My 32GB ADATA USB key died once, but it was revived using ADATA's online recovery tool.

I'd recommend this drive.
