Need advice for tires in Vancouver (2004 Prius)

Hi everyone,

Looking for inexpensive tires for my 2004 prius that I don't think should last super long since it's already old, but it's in a pretty good condition barring a battery replacement.

I don't have any idea about the tire manufacturers, but I get the general sense that I won't want to get the higher-end brands. I'm also looking at the Tire deals seeing the rebates and stuff.
Would I be able to get some advice on purchasing all-season tires? I already have winter ones that are great.
