Need advice - Toronto (downtown) mechanic

Long story short, my much older Jeep has been overheating. Last time I drove it, temps were reading fine, but my roommate told me that the last time they drove it the temperature gauge reached 125 before going back down to 100 and sort of alternated in that range.

I haven't had a chance to look at fluid levels/leaks in something like the radiator hose, but in the event those check out I think I'll bite the bullet and take it into a shop.

Any recommendations on local (to downtown) mechanics?

Thank you!

Overheating kills engines fast - warped cylinder heads, seized pistons, etc. In this hot weather, you need to get this checked out quickly.

Believe me, I'm beyond nervous. Hoping it's something like a clogged radiator hose, but who knows.
