Need to confirm employment letter of tenant applicants since they might be fake

If they provide fake employment letter, refuse them of course.

If they lie at the beginning, they would lie later.
Also be careful with the fake landlord reference. If they can't find a previous landlord's good reference, that means they had some issue with landlords.
The process of screening tenants is becoming more and more complicated, even more than job application. 1% bad tenants bring more trouble to 99% others. In future, I can imagine there would some professional services to do screen and it would be more difficult to make fake info.
Let's try to bring fairness to rental market.

I just want to provide more info to landlords to make them smarter and stronger to be able to protect themselves.
