need a good deal on a used lexus ASAP

I am upgrading from a 2007 yaris. Need a car that is good on gas and still nice to drive. I plan to drive less than 10,000 km annually, this year at least lol.
Maybe at most my annual mileage could be 10K-30K.

I've considered this hybrid lexus,https://www.autotrader.ca/a/lexus/es/mi ... 41&sprx=-2
Is it a good deal? It has a small claim of $1K.

I also found this es350 but its so damn far

Can anyone help me find a good lexus car under $21K with taxes in the GTA area ?

I currently pay $100 for my yaris so I ideally dont want my insurance to go up

If you drive less than 10K then fuel economy is not that big of a deal.
I would avoid a used hybrid anything.

Buy a nice Camry, or Corolla. That's a junior Lexus.

My father in law have a 2010 ES350 with the same mileage on that 2014 that you posted.
Too bad he is not selling as this moment, probably next year.
His trend is not to keep a car for over 10 years, lol so it should be soon.

Yes, gas mileage on the ES350 is not the best, probably 11-12L per 100km, but you are a light commuter, it wouldn't hurt your wallet too much.

Why not a same year maxima? Would be less than half of your budget and they are amazing cars if maintained properly.

Btw we own a 2013 Lexus es350. Got it for 14k with 110k km on it. They drive like a boat and make an excellent highway cruiser. Also if you do get tht 2013 you can upgrade the factory system to android auto/apple car play.

For that, what about an rx359, they are very popular

We are in Calgary. So rates are very different than say Ontario. We pay $115 a month for full comprehensive.

its just i am paying $100 in monthly insurance. Getting a corolla would increase my insurance by at least $50. So I figured if I'll be paying higher insurance, might as well get a better car you know..

so a lexus over 100k km is not a big deal? just need a car for long term use? will i still be able to get resale value if I sell it at 250k km?

Getting a considerably newer Lexus than your 2007 Yaris would likely double your insurance premium if a Corolla has a 50% increase.

A 2013 ES350 with 110K still has at least 200K of life left but at 250K it will not command much if any premium over other cars having a similar mileage. Granted, 200K for someone driving 10K a year will last another 20 years unless other components break down due to age!
