Good luck. Most of the threads that I've seen requesting reps to contact them end up with people just suggesting you call the actual company (Bell in this case) and ask for the loyalty department. Sometimes you have good luck with whoever you get on the other end of the line, sometimes you don't. Maybe it'll take several attempts to get a rep who's willing to give you some deals.
Are you willing to leave Bell? If so, others have noted throughout the forums that if you put in your cancellation request - you may be contacted to ask why and offer you some deals to stay.
