Need suggestions on what to do at the Falls ?

I'm thinking of taking the Go train and the bus pass instead of driving to Niagara as I think it would be interesting for the kids. I also think it would be a hassle to always have to park the car if I go anywhere while I'm there.

The plan is to stay overnight weekday or weekend it doesn't matter. I'm guessing it would be less busy on a weekday ?

I haven't been to the falls in years. Can anybody suggest anything that I could do at the falls with the bus pass or where I can go aside from Clifton Hills.

I do want to try that cart track though.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I would probably go anytime in August
Thanks.

here are some online discount coupons

https://www.niagarafallstourism.com/coupons/

also check hotel lobbies, frequently coupons there too for attractions

my kids love the aviary, real birds flying everywhere

also, if you wanna give them a workout, do a hike down the Niagara Glen. Free and beautiful sights down there by river.

the rope course was a hit with my children

I always liked to get close to the edge where you can see the water over the horseshoe edge... Just don't fall over...

Niagara Tourism (City & Region websites) are very good with info & ideas

A few of my faves …

The IMAX theatres presentation on Niagara Falls … a good starting point if you’ve never been to Niagara before
(If not open during Covid, you can stream the movie at home )

Maid of the Mist / Hornblower Cruise (the latter is the Cdn version)

Niagara Jet Boats in the Whirlpool Rapids

And … Wine Touring in Niagara-on-the-Lake and beyond
