Need Windows computer with touchscreen

I'm going to need a windows 2-in-1 or tablet soon. Are these good prices or is this a terrible time to buy?

It has to have 8gb of ram, and no openbox/refurbs.

I think the Dell one is good. I'm not a fan of Acer just because their stuff is not good quality in general.

I think the price is pretty good since we're no where close to Black Friday and the prices may have gone up a bit during the pandemic. Good thing that it comes with an SSD too. I guess this is the new standard now.

Other than Ebates are there any other Dell rebates available right now?

I once found a $100 Dell coupon for a laptop on another site, so they have existed in the past. Now? Who knows.
