Seen lots of them lately in this forum, on the neighbours. Blame it on pandemic!

All that air outside quickly dilutes smoke etc.
If it were indoor smoking I'd say you were reasonable but not outdoors.
Plus it's summer and everyone has a right to enjoy the outdoors just like you and your kids.
