There's a knife blade, a blade with small screwdriver tip and file on the flat side, scissors, and the red plastic bit at the bottom of the handle is undoubtedly a slide-out toothpick. That makes 5 functions? Maybe the keyring counts as one, and you can use the whole thing as a hammer to make 7.
