Nespress customer service?

I bought a vertuo next couple months ago. It has been having leaking water problem.

I've called nespresso these days for maybe 6 times. Each time they hanged up on me after talking for like couple mins.... At the beginning I thought it is my phone but I had no problem calling other people.

Has anyone had siimilar problem?

And I wonder if anyone has same problem with their vertuo next machine by Brevillle? We used it for maybe total of 30 times and it is already leaking water from bottom. It is very frustrating...

In the past when I had problems with my original Essenza, they sent me a new one as well as a container to return my old one. But that was then . . .

Obviously, they want to sell you coffee but you won't buy any unless your machine is working! It is disturbing to hear of your experience. I don't know if the Nespresso outlets take machines for repair or replacement.

I actually have my own Vertuo Next on the shelf, not because of leaking but because I have gone back to drip brewing for while. The only problem I had with the Vertuo is that the head would get dirty, so that it could not read the barcode and would not start. I was able to clean it with a Q-Tip a couple of times. But obviously the spinning extraction mechanism is complicated and not as robust as the original ones. I am sure I ran 500+ capsules trough my Essenza with only a couple of descalings, and it still works fine.

Let us know if you get to the bottom of this!

If you're wondering more about their phone lines... When I had previously called Nespresso, I found their phone lines to be of poor voice quality (to the point where the reps and I had trouble hearing each other). It didn't seem to affect only one call. The issue with their phone lines seemed consistent every time I called.

Use chat, don't call. I've used their chat function and their customer service has been pretty good in my opinion.
