Black Friday - 15% off Capsules and Discounts on Machines (Update: No 15%)

Savings:
15% off
Expiry:
November 29, 2019
Retailer:
Nespresso
Was told by Nespresso management, who is also my good friend that they will be hosting a 15% off capsule sale. They will also have a lot of discounted machines as well. Will post more details as they come. But if you were planning on stocking up on pods I would wait as the 15% off all capsules is confirmed.

Update: Nespresso pulled the plug on the 15% capsule deal last minute. Black Fridayis vague now. They saying $100 off most machine that are above $200 so vertuo will be $149 pre tax. Not that good of a deal anymore :(

Do you usually have to buy a minimum purchase for this kind of sale?

Hopefully they have good discounts on the machine. For the capsule sale that they won't require you to buy lots of them as I still got some stock. Just want to try the new ones.

If you buy them in store, there wouldn't be a minimum amount of capsules you need to purchase for the discount.

Quebec City was Otta…
I don't know if many malls will do this but I've learned that Place Ste-Foy in Quebec City, where a Nespresso is, will sell mall gift cards with a 20% bonus value on Black Friday. Many malls around here have done this in the past years around the Holidays as well. (Buy a 100$ GC and its value is 120$, etc.)

I am thinking to return my machine to Costco. This is nothing special but overpriced capsules.

OK? If you don't like it, do it.

Is it the best coffee in the world? No. Is it better than Keurig or Tassimo (if they still exist) when it comes to single serving pods, absolutely. You can make a better and cheaper coffee if you want to use a French press every time you want a coffee but some people like the convenience of these machines and nespresso has good tasting coffees.

My opinion, the frother and the foam sort of upgrades the look and overall presentation of the drink. The coffee itself isn't that much different from regular coffee.
