New climate change/ sustainability discussion forum

It would be good to have a discussion forum for climate change and other sustainability issues, as well as "green" products and services. This is an important topic that deserves way more attention. I don't agree with sweeping these discussions in the "off topic" forum, because a) it's not off topic b) to be honest I tend to avoid because almost every topic in there is an argument not a intelligent discussion or exchange of ideas....it doesn't have the importance or substance compared to other forums.

green products: green-eco-friendly-f90/
climate change: OT. i imagine there wouldn't be nearly enough web traffic for a sub-forum dedicated to climate change.

Yep I'm aware of those options but still feel that this topic warrant its own sub-forum so get it gets more visibility and attention because of its importance and urgency, thus it might encourage more web traffic. Perhaps instead of climate change, it could be called "environment". Also "eco-friendly" isn't just for home & garden, it should be for anything we consume (clothes/fast fashion is a huge contributor to waste. electronics). There's also green funds/investing. Also can be used to "shame" companies who practice in greenwashing. Just an idea for the site owner to consider.

This would most likely be the case. We're always open to the idea of new forums but there has to be some demand for it.

Well hopefully if there's a demand people chime in on this post otherwise I guess it would be a waste of effort.

Start a climate change/hoax sub forum . I`m sure it will generate the same results as off topic political forum .
