Hello,

My wife and I are looking for new development properties in the GTA, whether it be stacked townhouses and regular townhouses that are freehold or condo. We are looking to move in during 2020. How do you find them? Are there any worth checking out that are 2 BED in the 500-750K range?

There's a magazine in those roadside paper/magazine boxes called New Homes. Get a copy (it's free) and look at the map in the back to find the new developments in the areas you're searching for. There's also buzzbuzzhomes website that you can look for tooons of info.

If BC is any guide, 1600 psf by 2024 would guarantee an NDP government implementing pretty draconian taxes on RE. Even as a RE bull, I'm hoping for more gradual increases.

Keele and Eglinton /Lawrence ? would not recommend . High crime and impovrished by Toronto standards. Rash of shootings lately in numerous housing complexes in the area (gang related ) . Stay away .
