I've seen that. The business is good: commercial and warehouse real-estate but I don't know, it's at the top of the range ... I still hold hope for a mini crash or something, so I'm going to keep some of the powder dry. If it drops, I might consider entering DIR.UN at a later date for a long term buy.

That's the definition of strong demand for the stock! I remember one of LSPD's previous offerings just before COVID, they priced that at a little under the last trade.

Thanks, I bought in the late Jan offering but miss the one in mid April. Looking at the last 2 offering, either a good short term 5% gain or you can hold it long for dividend. It will also be nice if they increase the dividend to 6 - 7% range.
