I gave you advice you ignored it. And so did others.
Cut the muffin and change your breakfast routine.
Daily eggs and bacon is to much.
Daily sandwiches is to much.

Garbage in garbage out.

Anyway not sure what more advice can be given to you...

You’re worried about your diet but you only do 14 km of walking lololol....you’re over eating to begin with.

Get a referral for a cardiologist; do a stress test.

Get your bodyfat% measured.

Track your calories and weight; and adjust accordingly.

Reduce meat, increase veggies; should be good.

For what? Isn’t OP just asking about caloric intake to support physical activity? Why would s/he need to consult with a cardiologist?

People can be totally healthy even if they’re ‘overweight’.

yeah that whole stress test/cardiologist comment seems way off base and out to lunch.

For weight loss Professionals recommend battling RFD Serial Down Voters and exercising immediately after dinner is not recommened.

my heaviest was 148 and I'm 5'5.
I got as low as 133 by cutting out my daily pop, drinking my daily tea without sugar, excercising very rarely, trying to stay away from processed carbs (like bread, pastries, cupcakes, cakes etc all the yummy stuff) when I can.
I'm now 138-40: I'm back to my daily pop, still no sugar with my daily tea that I drink throughout the day (unless I get a starbucks or Timmy's), practically no excercise, stay away from processed carbs a little.

If I could make suggestion if you are interested in healthily losing weight I would say
1) try to cut out as much sugar products as you can (this is healthy even if you aren't trying to lose weight), you'd have to have an incredibly intense work to be able to burn the calories.
2) Know that for walking, that's only excercise that will maintain your weight, not lose it. You can only lose weight by creating caloric deficit/ eat less
3) Don't snack or eat past 8 pm.
4) Have a good nights sleep!

I personally skip breakfast as well and head straight to lunch. People have said I should weigh 200 pounds the way I eat, so some of it is genetics.

Depends on your walking speed...I walk about 15km a day in my job, but the way I do it is to walk as fast as I can. I've always been a fast walker, but now people have to jog to keep up with me.

Do you go in any weather or make an exception for rain?)
